Since 1981 teacher at the Department of Leather Art of the EAA, 1993–1997 associate professor
1966–2002 designer at ARS manufacture of arts and crafts. Has been a member of the Arts Boards of Estonian Artists’ Association.
1998–2007 instructor of master classes and lecturer of leather art in Finland and in Estonia (Tallinn Popular University of Culture and Open Academy of Estonian Academy of Arts)
